closed for repairs today was briannas christening, she looked like a marshmellow princess and everybody loved her, the party afterwards had a million cheek pinchers. my sister looked wiped, the baby is just getting over a cold. i have never heard anything shriek that loud in my life, she doesnt like to sneeze. jeff and christian had bought saves the day tickets like 3 months before my sister and john planned the christening so of course they picked the day of the show. tried and tried to get rid of the tickets but people were all about maybes and we'll sees. this morning the tickets were still in jeffs dashboard compartment. the party ended earlier than expected and figured since we had the tickets we really only missed the opening band and we could totally make it to see saves the day. chrisitan was unavailable, but what else is new, so i called matt and told him to be at my house in 15 cause we were going to the city to rock out. he made it to my house faster than jeff did and jeff lives within walking distance. 815 we were on the road and 40 minutes later strolling into the roseland. taking back sunday was just about fininishing up best friends means you pulled the trigger, best friends means you get what you deserve ill never really be a tbs fan but that song is kinda catchy. during the sound check in between sets we hung out at the bar until we realized our feet were sticking to the ground, bound by something unidentifiable. to the left, kids making out, sitting on the floor. looks like we were standing in the opposite direction of a good time. the rest of the show was incredible. matt had never heard them before but his head was nodding to the music in appreciation. i danced around in front of him and jeffrey, trying to steer clear of drunk girl who would randomly go over and hug jeff, laugh hysterically and then dance/stumble/fall back to where her friends were. eh, work it. home now, all out of gas. cannot do one more thing, this is no way to behave during a school night.
