uppers this entry will be all things good and random: someone clicked on my diary three times trying to find: toms diner ringtone. talk about random stuff not coming together. my first birthday wish was from jon at 1219. he is a sweetheart and a dear and an absolute drunk. but also the leaver of very nice birthday voicemails. this boy was supposed to be my boyfriend 2 years ago but fate saw to it we remain friends and we both know that in keeping it so we have maintained an incredible relationship. he bears a startling resemblance to one christopher ender carrabba. but i regret nothing. tomorrow nights plans include dinner with my best friend from high school. we always seem to be together for the milestones in our lives. i am the godmother of her daughter. i was the maid of honor at her wedding. she is one of the most influentual people in my life, probably because of said reasons, and because she was the first one from our group to grow up and separate but still visits me from time to time, during the most important times because she knows i need her then. getting together with keith tomorrow night and we will be visiting the salty dog in brooklyn. a once firehouse turned bar. my cousin owns a french restaurant nearby where he is the head chef. he will serve us a piece of everything on the menu until not one more bite of food is able to fit in our mouths. saturday night will be celebrated in the jazz room of the blue water grill in manhattan. they make their apple martinis red, not green. you will swear it makes a difference. i am, in a word: carefree.
