again!!! guess which band we missed last night? traffic, misinformation, fucking scalpers. that about sums up why. well, we didnt miss brand new entirely. caught mix tape and seventy times seven before they walked off stage. i give up. i love roseland though. and dashboard was of course wonderful. im choosing to ignore what asitwere chose to write about him. after brand new left the stage we settled in our usual spot, beers in hand and enjoyed the rest of the show. the details of the evening got fuzzier as it got later. im sure i spouted some kind of nonsense because i remember talking a very long time with christians roomate though i cant remember about what. there was also a kid in frayed hat that joined our group and the only thing i remember about him was thinking he had a nice smile. i know he left with the building with us but after that...a mystery. absolut-ly useless when im drunk. which is good for christian because i was about ready to strangle him for making us miss brand new. oh, and the girl that gave us the wrong address and the wrong playlist times. back to the city tonight for my cousins wedding. the place, tavern on the green is supposed to be really nice and the weather is perfect. it only took 3 shopping trips to find a dress that i didnt totally hate and didnt make me look like a window curtain. and why is polka dots so popular all of sudden? ew. i am really lacking the energy to get myself out of pajamas and makeup-ed and nice smelling.
