going pro

you see, the trick to ski ball is not to aim straight ahead, but rather, aim for the bumpers on the sides and the ball will bounce off of it and head straight in. everytime.

jeff, chrissy, todd and i took a drive to keanesburg in new jersey last night where they have some rides and arcades.

we were among the last leaving so the attendant let us play whatever games we wanted for no charge and it turns out ski ball is an extremely addictive game. (notice i understand the concept and technique, regardless my highest score only got me enough tickets for a unicorn shaped eraser.)

jeff schooled all of us and the guy told him to come back sunday to play in some tournament they hold every year.

i can just picture him among the "pro" ski ballers, with their t-shirts that read rolling thunder or i loves me some ski ball and the ever popular live to ball, ball to live

im going to get some interesting google hits from the entry.

because of a scheduling error i get to leave work early today. 7pm im out. have plans to meet the flowerpot for a movie in the city. spur of the moment invite but ive been thinking it would be nice to see him for a while now. catch up in some other way besides reading each others diaries. he reads here now.

bringing my camera to photograph how pretty things in ny can be at night. maybe ill even throw one in of our infamous ferry.

work, movies, possible drink then home to my side of the water via subway, ferry then local train. i think my trip lasts longer than the movie but its well worth it, everytime.
