because people do and because i dont understand why i read in iamsorry diary that elliot smith had died. then i heard someone say his name and suicide as i walked out of the cafeteria. did a google search and sadly learned he stabbed himself. i thought of a friend i talk to pretty often, he plays elliot smith in the backround while we chat on the phone. funny that he called as i was reading the site, i thought he called because he had heard, but he didnt. i told him and ruined his day. i dont have concrete feelings toward suicide. i would never preach about "how wrong it is", i would never push the person down further than where they're already at, but i do believe people can save people, and people can save themselves. some think their problems are too unfixeable, i dont suicide fixes any problems. it just ends them, that persons. and leaves the ones who loved them with fresh ones. it saddens me when i hear a persons life is worthless, worthless in their own perception, not in reality. you dont get one of something thats worthless.
